Complex scientific and innovative development of the Kazakhstan agro-industrial complex, as well as training of qualified specialists in this industry is undertaken by the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center (NASEC).
Among its tasks are the introduction of modern agricultural technologies and agricultural practices, creation of new varieties and hybrids of crops, conducting research work, consulting and training farmers and much more.
We interviewed Kairat Shayzhanov, Director of the Department of Asset Management of NASEC NJSC MOA ROK, about creation of research villages in Kazakhstan, attracting young people to agriculture, as well as why new varieties of seeds from NASEC are quickly gaining popularity among domestic farmers.
