Belgium is ready to cooperate with proactive agribusiness entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan

In recent years, Belgium has firmly established itself among the largest economic partners of Kazakhstan - trade turnover between the countries in 2019 increased by 41% compared to the previous year, amounting to more than 374 million in U.S. currency. Exports from Kazakhstan to Belgium have almost doubled, while imports have increased by more than two-fifths.

Such a dynamic indicates that Belgium is interested in establishing new economic ties with Kazakhstan. And agriculture could become the most advantageous area for cooperation between our countries.

In an interview with the World of Nan portal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belgium to Kazakhstan Alexis de Crombrugghe de Picquendaele spoke about what agricultural projects and directions could be jointly developed by entrepreneurs of both countries.
