Russia has prevented attempts to illegally export more than 827 tons of grain to Kazakhstan, World of NAN reports with reference to KazTAG.
"Since the beginning of the year, the administration of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Orenburg region on the Russian-Kazakhstani section of the Russian state border, in the direction of the road checkpoints, has prevented 56 attempts to illegally export grain to Kazakhstan. More than 827 tons of grain were attempted to be exported", Rosselkhoznadzor press-service reports.
The main volume was wheat, barley, sunflower seeds and chickpeas.
The press service of Rosselkhoznadzor reports: "30 lots of grain (266 tons) were exported without phytosanitary certificates, 25 lots of grain (539 tons) with invalid phytosanitary certificates and one lot of wheat (22 tons) tried to export in violation of TR CU 015 "On safety of grain" - without declaration of conformity".
The perpetrators were held administratively liable under Article 10.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
"In December the illegal export of grain from the Orenburg region to Kazakhstan of two lots of oats and wheat (25.56 tons) without phytosanitary certificates was stopped at the checkpoint Mashtakovo. The consignors were held administratively liable under article 10.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. Transport vehicles with supervised products banned for export were returned to the sender", - was noted in the information.
