Agrarian Credit Corporation will allow repayment of debts without penalties

The Agrarian Credit Corporation has launched a campaign, "Repay your debts without penalty", which will last until December 15 this year, reports World of NAN.

The campaign is open to credit partnerships, direct borrowers and lessees (legal entities and individuals) with overdue debts during the campaign period, including debts recovered by court order. If the client has several loan agreements or financial leasing agreements, the penalty amount for each obligation is written off separately.

Write-off of penalty is possible only in case of full repayment by the borrower or lessee of the following payments under one loan agreement (financial leasing agreement): amount of overdue interest, amount of overdue principal debt, amount of interest accrued on overdue principal debt, amount of penalty.

It should be noted that the participant of the action can take part in it only once.

The client can repay the debt without penalty by transferring money to the bank accounts of Agrarian Credit Corporation until December 15, 2023.
