Agrometeorological review on grain

In the second week of August, there were mainly satisfactory conditions for full ripeness of grain and the beginning of harvesting works in the northern half of the country, reports World of NAN with reference to Kazhydromet.

At the observed sites in Akmola region on spring wheat crops the "waxy" - "full ripeness" phase is noted. The condition of plants is mainly good and satisfactory. The height of plants reaches 40-56 cm.

In Kostanay region on the observed sites the condition of spring wheat is excellent and good, in the vicinity of agropost Ken-Aralsky of Fedorovsky district and station Auliekol of Auliekol district is satisfactory. Development phase "waxy" - "full ripeness". Height of plants reaches 54-101 cm.

In North-Kazakhstan region condition of spring wheat is mainly excellent and good. Development phase "full ripeness", on crops in the vicinity of agropost Bulayevo - "waxy ripeness". Plant height reaches 51-76 cm.

At the observed sites in Pavlodar region spring wheat crops are in the phase of development "full ripeness", in Upen, Zhelezinsky and Terenkolsky districts - "waxy ripeness".

The condition of plants is mainly satisfactory, poor around Fedorovskaya station of Terenkolsky District, Panfilovo and Golubovka stations of Ertis District. Plant height reaches 35-63 cm, low-growing crops 22-25 cm.

In Karaganda region spring wheat is in the phase of development "full ripeness". Plant height reaches 35-46 cm, wheat condition is good.
