Akimats illegally granted agricultural land 117 times

Since the beginning of this year the Committee for Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture registered 381 unscheduled inspections of land users on the area of 486 thousand hectares, which resulted in 152 writs on the area of 304.7 thousand hectares, reports World of NAN, with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture.

This year the state has already returned 891.7 thousand hectares of idle farmland. In addition, 65 inspections were conducted against Akimats and 117 illegal decisions on the provision of agricultural land were revealed. To local executive bodies were issued 54 directives to eliminate violations of the land legislation.

The work is proceeding at an increasing pace. Of the 10 million hectares subject to return within two years, a total of 6.3 million hectares have already transferred to the state property.

" Agricultural land returned to the state will be put in the reserve areas for the subsequent optimal provision of public pastures. The aforementioned land plots will be put out to tender only after the population is fully provided with public land", - summed up the Ministry of Agriculture.
