Akimats have illegally granted agricultural land 515 times

According to the Cabinet of Ministers, since the beginning of 2022, 7.8 million hectares of unused and illegally granted agricultural land have been returned to the state, World of NAN reports.

Thus, 1.5 million hectares of agricultural land have been returned to state ownership in Karaganda region, 738 thousand hectares in Kostanay region, 745 thousand hectares in Aktobe region, 631 thousand hectares in Turkestan region and 532 thousand hectares in Pavlodar region.

2410 unscheduled inspections in respect of land users on the area of 5.5 million hectares were registered in the country, 1597 orders to eliminate violations of land legislation were issued based on the results of inspections on the area of 3.1 million hectares, 246 cases on the area of 240.9 thousand hectares are under consideration in courts.

After taking appropriate measures, land users started to develop their agricultural land on the area of 2.7 million hectares.

As a result of unscheduled inspections, 515 illegal decisions of akimats on granting agricultural land on the area of 526.3 thousand hectares were revealed. Of these, 135 decisions were canceled, and work is being carried out on the rest.
