Acceptance of documents for granting preferential micro-credits at 2.5% per annum, available to young people for entrepreneur initiatives has started on March 1. A total of 5,796 microcredits are planned to be granted during the year by the Agrarian and Credit Corporation, reports World of NAN.
Microcredits are given to young people between the ages of 21 and 35 to start or expand their businesses provided they are registered as individual entrepreneurs for no more than 5 years. The age of the participants is taken into account at the time of application to the ACC.
According to the Ministry of Labor, the size of the micro-credit may be up to 5 million tenge, and the maximum term of participation - from 5 years (for any purpose), to 7 years (for projects in livestock). Nominal interest rate is not more than 2.5% per annum.
For beneficiaries of microcredits a grace period for repayment of principal debt and remuneration which shall not exceed one third of the duration of the microcredit is provided.
"An obligatory condition is the availability of collateral. As it is accepted movable - specialized equipment and immovable property. In the absence of collateral it is possible to involve a pledger - parents, relatives "- explained in the ministry.
In order to apply you will need to submit a package of documents to a branch of "Agrarian Credit Corporation" - ID card, business plan for the project, certificate of service bank of the account, certificate of loan debt, including arrears from financial institutions (in the presence of loans). In addition, a document confirming the salary and (or) other income of the participant/applicant (extract from the accumulative pension fund), if any; report on the evaluation of property provided as collateral; documents on the pledger and collateral.
Microcredits are issued based on the decision of a special commission at whose meetings the applicants present their business projects.
"At the moment the applications for microcredits are accepted in the following regions: Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Zhetysu, Abay, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Ulytau, Kostanai, Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Pavlodar, Turkestan regions and in Astana. In other regions the acceptance of applications will start in the near future. It will be announced separately", - the press service of Ministry of Labor noted.
