Campaign "Repay debts without penalty" started in ACC

Agrarian credit corporation started the campaign "Repay debts without penalty", which will last until June 26 this year, reports World of NAN.

According to the press service, credit partnerships, direct borrowers and lessees (legal entities and individuals) that have overdue debts can participate in the action during the period of the campaign. Including debts collected by the court decision and will be able to repay it without penalty.

"In this case if the client has several credit or financial lease agreements, write-off of the penalty amount for each obligation is performed separately. Write-off of penalty is possible only if the borrower or the lessee fully repays the following payments under one credit agreement (financial leasing agreement): overdue interest amount, overdue principal amount, interest amount accrued on overdue principal debt, penalty amount", - clarified in ACC.

It should be noted that the participant of the action can take part in it only once. A client can repay debts without penalty by transferring money to the bank accounts of Agrarian Credit Corporation till June 26, 2023. For more information, call 5353.
