Austria is interested in the experience of Kazakh farmers

The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanai region hosted a business meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Austria, World of NAN reports with reference to NCE.

The Austrian agricultural cluster offers solutions for agribusiness in such areas as animal husbandry, crop production, equipment, food, processing and bioenergy.

The business community of Kostanai region was presented with opportunities about the latest developments in agriculture and projects of possible cooperation.

"Our countries are different not only in natural and climatic characteristics, but also in the way of doing agrarian business. In Austria, family businesses with long traditions and it is they who have become the basis of skills and experience, which they are ready to share with Kostanai farmers", - said the attaché of the Ministry of Agriculture of Austria Karin Doppelbauer.

The delegation from Austria is interested in Kazakhstan's experience in dealing with the challenges that, for example, farmers have faced this year. It is important to combine this experience and find joint solutions. Innovation and tradition have been fundamental to Austria's success in the area of agriculture, which is seen as a key driver of the country's economic development.
