Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan have reached an agreement on a number of veterinary certificates, which will be an important step in the development of trade relations, World of NAN reports with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Now domestic producers will be able to export milk and dairy products obtained from cattle and small cattle to Azerbaijan. An agreement was also reached on the supply of poultry meat, offal and by-products. It was agreed to sign a veterinary certificate for the export of camels and other parts of the camel family, such as llamas, alpacas and vicunas, breeding cattle, small cattle, slaughter cattle and small cattle, canned goods, sausages and other finished meat products.
"This agreement opens up new opportunities for expanding Kazakhstan's exports and strengthening the economic partnership between the two countries in the field of animal husbandry. I am confident that it will contribute to economic growth and prosperity," said Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov.
