Baiterek will additionally finance farmers to the amount of 100 billion tenge

Holding "Baiterek" in order to provide agrarians with timely financing for spring field and harvesting works has financed its subsidiary Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in the amount of 100 billion tenge by purchasing bonds on the KASE, reports World of NAN with reference to the press service of the holding.

Thus, the total volume of planned financing of AIC projects for sowing and harvesting at the expense of market funds is 300 billion tenge in this year. At the same time, taking into account the subsidisation of the interest rate, AIC subjects will receive preferential financing. According to ACC estimates, at the expense of additional financing in the amount of up to 300 billion tenge will be provided coverage of about 4 million hectares of sown areas.

If we take into account that sowing works have already started in most of Kazakhstan, it is clear that the allocated funds will not be very useful for agrarians this season anyway.
