Trouble with harvesting is everywhere

Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov toured the regions where there is a problem with harvesting, World of NAN reports with reference to the Akimat of the region.

Incidentally, only 16 percent of the region's crop has been harvested to date. The region will create a commission that will analyze the problematic issues and send a letter to the government.

"The most important thing is to take advantage of improving weather conditions to finish harvesting in an organized manner. We will take all necessary measures to be taken by the government and by me as Akim of the region. Our region is a large agro-industrial region. It is you who feed the region and the country", - M. Akhmetzhanov emphasized.

During the meeting the directors of LLP "Sepe-1", "Bastau", "Poltavka 2", LLP "Korjinkol-A" and others told about the problems of peasant farms, including contractual obligations to JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", JSC "Prodkorporatsiya" and other financial organizations, allocation of additional fuel for drying equipment.

"We will approach the solution of all problems comprehensively. First of all, it is necessary to consider the issue of providing fuel for drying grain, organizing the activities of elevators for round-the-clock acceptance of crops. We need to save every single grain. A commission created by the Ministry of Agriculture will visit our region. There should be synergy between the authorities and society," summarized the head of the region.
