More than 14 million tons of grains are in stock in Kazakhstan

At the beginning of November 2021 stocks of grain and leguminous crops in Kazakhstan increased to almost 14.27 million tons, World of NAN reports with reference to the Bureau of National Statistics.

The largest volumes of grain at the beginning of this month were concentrated in crop and livestock organizations - 5.32 million tons. Organizations, engaged in storage of grain - 3.29 million tons and individual farms - 3.34 million tons, had approximately equal volumes. More than 1 million tons of grain was stored by producers of flour and cereals.

In the beginning of November the total reserves of the Kazakhstani wheat were estimated at 11.47 million tons, of which 9.89 million tons were food grain, 1.1 million tons - seed, 479 thousand tons - fodder. In addition, there were 1.65 million tons of barley, 32.1 thousand tons of rye, 163.3 thousand tons of oats, 334.9 thousand tons of corn, 354.9 thousand tons of rice, 63.1 tons of buckwheat and 27.6 tons of millet.
