The Ministry of Agriculture plans to increase funding for spring field and harvest work by an additional 70 billion tenge, the World of NAN reports referring to the press service of the Prime Minister.
Funding
This year, the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC allocated a budget loan of 70 billion tenge for crediting spring field and harvest works. Along with it, at present the Ministry of Agriculture is considering the issue of increasing financing for spring field and harvest works by 70 billion tenge further to bring the total amount of budget crediting to 140 billion tenge. In this case, the allocation of additional funds of 70 billion tenge will be increased coverage of collective farms with available credit, which will finance additionally about 1,300 farms.
Sown areas
According to the data of the akimats, the forecast structure of sown areas for 2022 has been formed. So, total sown area will amount to 23,1 million ha that is 125 thousand ha more than indicator of 2021. Diversification of production and departure from monoculture is continued, in this regard, the area of wheat will be reduced by 285 thousand hectares. The area of fodder crops was significantly increased and amounted to 3.6 million hectares. At the same time, there is a slight increase in vegetable crops, and gourds will be reduced by 2 thousand hectares. Oilseeds area is forecasted to decrease by 61.7 thousand hectares, at the same time it is crops such as flax, safflower and mustard, and sunflower area is increased. The planned indicators of such socially important crop as sugar beet are also decreasing.
Fertilizer
"To date, contracts for the supply of fertilizers have been concluded for a volume of 226 thousand tons. Shipment of mineral fertilizers has been started in almost all the regions, about 56 thousand tons of fertilizers have been shipped to the agrarians, including 16,9 thousand tons to the southern regions. Stocks in warehouses are formed, including imported fertilizers. In this regard, it is necessary to timely and fully provide farmers with fertilizers, especially given the rise in their cost. Akimats provide 27 billion tenge in subsidies, we should use them with maximum efficiency, "- said the First Vice Minister of Agriculture A. Saparov at the meeting of the Government.
Diesel fuel
This year 400 thousand tons of diesel fuel, which is 20 tons more than last year, has been allocated for the sowing work.
According to the head of the Ministry of Energy B.Akchulakov, on behalf of the Head of State, the ministry held consultations with the major resource holders involved in the supply of diesel fuel for agricultural producers, according to which the recommended price of diesel fuel for the spring field work in 2022 is 212 thousand tg / ton (176 tg / liter), including VAT. Taking into account delivery and storage, the predicted price for agricultural producers is lower than the maximum approved retail prices (230-260 tg/litre), which is on average 15-30% cheaper.
