Farmers demand to finalize the online platform for issuing subsidies

In February, the unified information system of state subsidies gosagro.kz was launched. Farmers still complain about difficulties in using the system, World of NAN reports with reference to NCE.

For example, a representative of the Baiterek Agro Warehouse said that only one invoice can be uploaded for each application. Thus, if there are 300 invoices, it is necessary to submit 300 applications. In addition, along with the invoice of milk received, the invoice for the sale of cheese produced must be uploaded. This forces farmers to constantly compare the invoice of milk sent for finished products as they accept milk from different farms.

Also, representatives of peasant farms complained about the unresponsiveness of the existing telegram channel, they simply do not know where to turn for technical support.

The representative of the Shymkent city branch of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC added that to subsidize interest rates it is necessary to go through 9 different processes, and on the previous portal it was possible to conclude a quick subsidy agreement by going through 4-5 processes.

In general, the system still needs to be finalized and will cause a lot of grief for domestic farmers.
