We wrote about the plight of Nur Daur Group LLP in 2021. Then thousands of people learned about the problems of the farmer, who bought cattle, but remained without the promised hayfields and arable land by Akimat specialists. Readers were outraged by the indifference and gross violation of the order of distribution of agricultural land by officials. A lot of time has passed, but as it turned out, nothing has changed, reports World of NAN.
The partnership was established in 2020 in Shirokovsky rural district of Sandyktau district of Akmola region. The founder of the LLP, farmer Ruslan Meiramov from the village of Doroginka, purchased thoroughbred Angus cattle for 58 million tenge through the Agrarian Credit Corporation. Before purchasing the cattle, Ruslan applied to the local Akimat with a request to provide hayfield and arable land for the future livestock. He was asked verbally to purchase the cattle first, and promised to help with the land afterwards.
Meiramov built a cattle-breeding complex, bought cattle, but never received land. He only managed to win the right to lease 500 hectares of pastures on a competitive basis, which were too small for 125 cattle. The farmer's requests for help were answered that there were no plots in the land fund.
Meanwhile, according to Meiramov, other farmers found land without problems. And Ruslan, just before winter, had to sell his car and his apartment in the capital to somehow feed his animals and provide fodder.
"I had to collect hay from other people's plots, I couldn't make hay myself. I know that some entrepreneurs of the district have agricultural land on their balance sheet, but they do not keep livestock. But they mow hay and sell it. Some have plots that do not correspond to the number of livestock. Many people know about it, but they can't do anything about it. And our requests, who have cattle and high fodder costs, are ignored," Ruslan tells us about the situation in the district.
He says that he went to the Akimat every week to ask for land. Probably only because of his persistence, after some time Meiramov's father and father-in-law were given 150 hectares of hayfield. According to Ruslan, not even grass grew there, because the land was so bad. The farmer never got a good plot of land suitable for hayfields and pastures.
Recently he appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office, asking to bring to responsibility the Akim of Sandyktau district and the employees of the Department of Land Resources of Akmola region. The farmer accuses the officials of violating the order of distribution of agricultural land in Doroginka village.
"A competition was held. Kenes farm represented by Birzhan Baizakov was recognized as the winner. However, he was in the land commission, which indicates that other participants of the auction were on unequal terms. We wrote about it and filed a lawsuit to the court to recognize the decision of the land commission as illegal," Meiramov said.
On September 6, 2022, the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Akmola region satisfied the claim of LLP "Nur Daur Group". However, this did not prevent the farm "Kenes" from illegally carrying out sowing works, says R. Meiramov. Moreover, according to him, the plot is intended for pastures, not arable land.
"We want the authorized bodies to pay attention to the disturbances in our district. When distributing agricultural land, the rights of other farmers, LLPs, farms are violated. There is no justice. We ask to conduct an inspection on the fact of illegal and unfair allocation of agricultural land," summarized Meiramov, still ready to fight for the truth.
