A farmer is accused of

The small village of Zolotaya Niva in North Kazakhstan has become notorious for scandals between farmers on the Internet. There have been enough materials about showdowns in the style of the 90's with beatings and gunrunning. Once, our portal republished an article about Amoev beating a local farmer and setting his house on fire. It seemed like a blatant injustice to beat up a 70 year old man. Imagine our surprise when, under the comments to the article, the villagers began to write revealing facts about the "victim" - he put out cigarettes on people's faces, blackmailed and threatened them. And then, a year later, new troubles in the village. Amoev's warehouses burned down - allegedly, the ""client" was identified, only the villagers stood up for him and complained to the President against Amoev, World of NAN reports.

Those who do not know what passions are raging in the village can search for materials about the confrontation between villagers and Amoev on the Internet. Someone is making the farmer the victim - the whole village does not give him a minute's peace. They beat him up, set fire to his house and bathhouse. Others write about the lawlessness Amoev has instigated, feeling his impunity: he beats and threatens and is not afraid of anyone. It is very difficult to find who is right, but one thing is clear - the whole village cannot turn against a harmless and defenceless old man without a reason. Meanwhile, both sides write letters to the President and ask for protection.

Now to a new case. The Kintzel family told us about it.

Most recently, there was a fire at Bari Amoev's storage facilities on the night of May 5-6. The fires repeated themselves on the night of May 10. On May 13 Alexander Kintsel, a resident of the village, also a farmer, was detained on charges of "commissioning" the arson.

The suspect's family does not hide the fact that Amoev and Alexander had a hostile relationship. And the story of the shareholders' withdrawal from the Salakhadin LLP, owned by Amoev, and their transfer to the "Kintsel" farm, managed by Alexander Kintsel, is to blame. (By the way, there are also enough materials about how Amoev has been threatening the residents with not letting them leave the LLP for several years, not holding any meetings and in due time illegally receiving signed blank forms on transferring the plots to the LLP).

So, after a certain part of the people, after several years of fighting, managed to leave the LLP "Salahadin," the question arose of where to go and with whom to work. They decided to go to the "Kintsel" farm, transfer the land and start joint activities. The more so because the farm was developing and there were no problems. That is what Amoev did not like, Alexander's family thinks. He wanted by all means to return the land that had "gone" from his possession and did everything to prevent the agrarian from working with the villagers.

"He saw my brother as a competitor and wanted to 'take him out.' More than once he said, 'I will lie down with my bones, but I will put him away. He thought my brother was in the wrong place. Moreover, when the villagers first approached another farmer to plant the fields, he refused. Because he didn't want to mess with Amoev. More than once he sent bandits to talk to intimidate his brother. He offered money to do this. All this went on for three years and recently the premises have burned down, and my brother turned out to be the "mastermind," says Anatoly Kintsel, who is sure that Amoev himself did all this.

The arsonist was found and he pointed to Kintsel as the client. But the Kintsel family assumes that it was Amoev himself who persuaded the arsonist to lie and give evidence. He paid the money. According to the relatives, the arsonist's roommate, who never had any money right after the fires, "suddenly" miraculously got rich enough to move into town, to rent an apartment.

"She would come into the local store, holding a wad of bills in her hand. If before they had been turning in bottles, scrap iron, to feed themselves, after that she moved right into town. Big money showed up. This is very suspicious. Another thing that is surprising is that the arsonist in the village is well known as a feeble-minded man. He has health problems. His father was handicapped. No mother. They wouldn't even take him in the army because of his health. So they probably encouraged him to take the blame. Meanwhile, no expertise on the mental condition of the man was conducted. They just took him at his word that Alexander Kintsel paid for setting the fire," - the suspect's relatives are bewildered.

They say that despite the fact that there are witnesses in his brother's defense, no one takes their word into account.

But the most absurd thing in the case is something else - on May 10 the arsonist was detained, and on May 13 A.Kintsel was arrested. But on May 20, while the two were behind bars, another fire took place. That is, those who were allegedly interested in the fire are in jail, but fires continue.

"It turns out the real arsonist is out there. But no one wants to hear about it. At the time of my brother's arrest, there were no sanctions or rulings even. There was no psychiatric evaluation of the detained arsonist. The investigation is biased", - says Anna Miller, the sister of the detainee. The Kintsel family told about all the violations in their appeal to the Attorney General of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In their turn, the shareholders, who appealed to A. Kintzel to do spring sowing, wrote a letter to the President with a request for help. They pointed out that compared to Amoev, who paid 8 thousand tenge for a share, Kintsel paid 120 thousand tenge and really created conditions for shareholders. But Amoev had the intention to set fire to his premises, the shareholders wrote. Because a week before the fire, Amoev had insured these warehouses, which he had not done for 30 years.

Now that the sowing season is ruined and the leader is behind bars, the land may be left without any crops. And if the land is not cultivated for a year or two, it may be transferred to the state fund. That is when Amoev can get them back by buying them at a tender, the shareholders believe. It is important to note that 89 people signed a petition to the President. And each of them believes in the innocence of Alexander Kintsel.

So far, the head of the collective farm is in custody, the term of detention has been extended to 2 months. Despite all arguments of the defense, the farmer is not released even on bail. The family intends to seek justice.
