The state will improve control over use of lands

Majilis approved a bill "On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative violations on state control over use and protection of land," reports World of NAN.

The bill was initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"The purpose of the bill is to strengthen the responsibility of officials of local executive bodies, in the provision of services to citizens in the field of land relations and bring the provisions of the Code of Administrative Violations in accordance with sectoral legislation," said the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Karashukeyev.

Thus, the objectives of the bill is to improve state control over the use and protection of land. In particular, the bill establishes responsibility of officials of local executive bodies for poor quality or untimely provision of services in the sphere of land relations. This will increase the quality of services provided by local executive bodies.
