GEORGIAN INVESTORS WILL START PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY IN KOKSHETAU

AgroTechManagement LLP and GEORGIAN INDUSTRIAL GROUP Ltd have announced a project to produce agricultural and special equipment in Kokshetau, World of NAN reports with reference to the Akimat of the region.

The cost of the project is 30 million dollars, and more than 150 jobs are expected to be created. The project envisages creation of production facilities for industrial assembly of tractors of various models with power from 40 to 220 hp in the amount of 3,000 units per year, as well as use of facilities for production of other types of agricultural and special equipment.

Besides, a memorandum was signed between Georgian Industrial Group LLC and Private Chicken Ltd. The parties intend to implement a project for the construction of a feed mill with a capacity of up to 120,000 tons per year and a poultry farm with a capacity of 50,000 tons of poultry meat per year. The amount of investment in the feed mill is 4.7 billion tenge, of which more than a billion will be invested by the investor.

To date, the construction of a feed mill is underway in Kokshetau. For the construction of the poultry farm the amount of investments is 14.3 billion tenge. Of these, 6.3 billion tenge are investments of Georgian Industrial Group LLC. Currently, the development of project documentation is underway.
