What farming projects will be launched in Almaty region?

In 2024, many farmers in the region are planning to expand their production, but there are also many new projects expected, reports World of NAN.

For example, AGRO MODERN LLP will build a greenhouse on 5 hectares for 2.8 billion tenge in Karasai District. The annual capacity will be 1200 tons per year.

Kegen Myas Prom LLP in Kegen district will launch a meat processing project. Capacity - 2800 tons, investments - two billion tenge.

FRUITART LLP plans to build an export-fruit cluster with innovative technologies of deep processing in Ili district. The project is estimated at 37 billion tenge, and the annual capacity of production will be 15 thousand tons. Also a dairy farm for 800 heads will be launched in this district for 3.8 billion tenge.

In the town of Konayev, AIBI-I LLP plans to open a greenhouse for growing tomatoes. Capacity - 5000 tons per year, investments - 6.5 billion tenge. Also OspanovaDevelopment LLP will launch a fish processing and canning facility in the city. The project will invest 63.2 billion tenge, annual capacity of production - 10 thousand tons.

In Talgar district will launch two vegetable projects, a vegetable storage for 2000 tons and a greenhouse of 1 hectare for growing salad greens.

ALFA ORGANICS LLP in Zhambyl district will build a plant for production of fertilizers and fodder mixtures. Capacity - 43 tons per year, investment of 500 million tenge.

In Raiymbek district, a fish farm with a capacity of 100 tons per year and an apiary with an annual output of 150 tons will be opened.

Balkhash district will launch an unusual project on processing rice husk and straw into energy fuel briquettes. Capacity - 2000 tons, investment amount - 348 million tenge. Also a fattening site for 200 cows will be built in the district.

A greenhouse complex for growing tomatoes and cucumbers with an area of three hectares will be built in Uygur district. The investment amount is more than 2 billion tenge.

In Yenbekshikazakh district they will build a fruit storage for one thousand tons, and launch a project in fish farming for 50 tons per year. Also, TauolAgro LLP will launch a fattening site for 1,000 heads. And FirsFish LLP will build a fish farm for 1.2 billion tenge, with an annual capacity of 3,000 tons.
