Kazakhstan will supply China with camel milk, beverages, cattle and cattle meat for $100 million

On the eve of the summit "China - Central Asia", to which at the initiative of the President of China were invited leaders of the countries of Central Asia, together with QazTrade organized trade and economic mission for businesses in Xi'an. As a result of the trade mission, export contracts for the supply of a certain group of goods were signed, World of NAN reports.

The business event from May 15 to 17 involved more than 40 Kazakh producers of food products, the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said. These are representatives of the companies producing fat and meat products, pasta, confectionery, honey, wine and spirits, bran, juices and others.

More than 800 businessmen from the Chinese side came to the business meeting.

According to the Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration of the RK, Kairat Torebayev, Kazakhstan has a great potential in supplying ecologically clean agricultural products to China. This is chilled meat, fish products, poultry and by-products, and other types of high-margin goods.

At the business platform, Kazakh companies presented their export potential and presented samples of domestic products. As a result of the trade mission, export contracts were signed for supplies of dried camel milk, drinks, egg noodles, cattle and cattle meat worth about $100 million and 4 memorandums on further trade and economic cooperation in the PRC.
