China will buy 80 thousand heads of Kazakh cattle annually

Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin will hold talks with XUAR Party Committee Secretary Ma Xingrui on grain and meat supplies, reports World of NAN.

According to preliminary information, the issue of complications in accepting Kazakh grain from the Chinese side arose due to procedural formalities.

"Our sides are equally interested in increasing the supply of Kazakh agricultural products to China. We have reached the final stage of negotiations to open exports of beef and poultry meat to the PRC, in Alashankou in the coming years it is planned to launch a large meat processing plant, for which it is planned to buy up to 80 thousand head of cattle from Kazakhstan," - Serik Zhumangarin wrote in social networks.

He is confident that this is not a complete list of current and prospective areas of cooperation. China is a very promising alternative market for Kazakh grain, along with traditional markets. In addition, the Chinese market is stable throughout the year, practically does not depend on the seasonality of sales of grain crops.
