Chinese plan to invest in dehydration of vegetables in Zhambyl Region

Wanlin Group plans to invest in the construction of a plant for dehydration of vegetables and fruits in Zhambyl region, World of NAN reports with reference to the Government.

The Chinese company's food business focuses on the production and export of dehydrated vegetables (dehydrated garlic, white onions, etc.). Their products are actively exported to the US, Europe and Middle East countries.

"In Zhambyl region we have started a project on dehydration of vegetables and fruits, we plan to invest in the construction of a plant. We have been working in the field of dehydration for 32 years. We have a team and technology. We are planning to visit you next month. We have already decided on partners in Kazakhstan, with whom we will implement the project," said Li Yantao, Chairman of the Board of Wanlin Group.

Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin assured that the procedures for Chinese businessmen to invest in Kazakhstan will be as simplified as possible.
