After our post yesterday regarding debt on the Qoldau platform, we were promptly contacted by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture. They clarified the situation on the state's subsidy debt by providing updated figures on the debt, World of NAN reports.
It turned out that the state owes at least KZT5.8 billion in subsidies to various agribusinesses. This amount includes all outstanding subsidies for processing products, seeds and investment subsidies. Now it is very likely that the data is up to date, because the dates of applications begin February 3 and end April 26. In addition, the words of a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture about the debt of KZT 5 billion as of April 10 almost coincide with the available data.
Thus, a total of 4154 applications for which money has not been paid remain in the system. The largest debt was owed to Biooperations LLP - KZT 668 million. The company from North Kazakhstan is a producer of bioethanol, wheat gluten, flour and animal feed. On the second place is Milh LLP, which also appeared in the tops of the previous list. Debt to it amounts to KZT 521 million.
Maslo-del LLP, Em-nur LLP, and Eurasian Milk LLP were also in the top 5, with a total debt of KZT 846 million. Incidentally, again the companies involved in milk processing were in the tops for the most part. We also note the only farm, which was in the top 20 - Vyacheslav Svyatenko (formerly known as Agata). The state owes it KZT 86 million.
It should be noted that the most applications were received from "Maslo-del" LLP - 478 applications, whose value varies from KZT 30,948 to KZT 4.17 million. There were also many applications from "Milh" LLP - 397 (from KZT 1,948 to KZT 9 million). The largest application was received from "Biooperations" LLP in the amount of KZT 271 million.
