Whoever is weak gets beaten

Majilis deputy Bolatbek Aliyev announced in his social networks that the state solves many issues at the expense of farmers. The issue concerns the mechanism of infringement of agrarians in receiving state support measures for the purchase of agricultural machinery, World of NAN reports.

According to the deputy, the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development and the Ministry of Agriculture decided for farmers what equipment to buy, without taking into account their wishes, capabilities and conditions in which they have to work.

The main claim is justified by the rules of subsidizing, according to which the reimbursement of investment costs for the purchase of agricultural machinery is carried out in the amount of 25%, and in cases of purchase of " high-demand agricultural machinery" in the amount of 30%.

"As you can see, even a special term was invented - high-demanded equipment, although the Rules of subsidizing reimbursement of investment costs for the purchase of agricultural machinery does not contain such a concept, and, therefore, its criteria are not defined and it is not clear who, how and on what basis determines what is demanded by the farmer, and what is not", - said the deputy.

This amendment contradicts the Entrepreneurial Code. The anti-corruption examination also revealed a lot of serious problems in this order. Moreover, even the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition recognized the violation of competitive conditions. And as we can see, the whole government literally does not care about these violations, as the order continues to be in force.

"And so lobbying and protectionism of individual persons to the detriment of the agrarians (at their expense) only cause harm. The same "high-demand" equipment has significantly increased in price due to the fact that farmers are literally forced by targeted tools to buy tractors and combines of domestic assembly. Since 2021, the cost of tractors and combines has increased from 60% and more(!!!)

In this way, authorized state bodies openly lobby the interests of individuals, creating a scheme to extract monopoly profit at the expense of funds allocated for the implementation of state support measures for agro-industrial complex," the MP said.

Bolatbek Aliyev will continue the unequal struggle against the worked out and obviously corrupt scheme. It is not known how this fight will end. However, the public and the media should support the fight for legality to finally live in "New Kazakhstan".
