Kyrgyzstan has banned the export of grain and fodder crops

In order to prevent negative consequences in the domestic food market, the country's Ministry of Agriculture has banned the export of certain types of agricultural goods until the end of 2023, World of NAN reports.

With little snow in winter and then a late spring disrupted some technological processes of spring field work. Also, due to extremely hot weather and low rainfall, the yield of fodder crops decreased.

With the introduction of a ban on the export of certain types of agricultural goods, the situation in the domestic food market will stabilize to a certain extent and will have a positive impact on the activities of farms. Also, the restriction prevents shortages and price increases for hay and other fodder crops in the domestic market.

The list of goods on which a temporary ban is placed: barley, wheat, rice, oats. Including fodder - hay, straw, mixed fodder, bran and grain fodder.
