Preferential diesel fuel will be painted in different colors to prevent theft

In 2023, 419,000 tonnes of diesel fuel will be allocated for the spring field work. Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev said that to ensure transparency and control the movement of diesel fuel, the Ministry of Energy, KMG and refineries have taken special measures to prevent theft, World of NAN reported.

According to BaigeNews, separate PIN codes have been received from the State Revenue Committee for these purposes. The Aturau Oil Refinery is to be colored yellow, POCR - red, Shymkent Oil Refinery - blue. Operators have created separate virtual warehouses in the electronic invoice system.

"The cost of diesel fuel for agricultural producers in the spring field work is 222 thousand tenge / ton or 184 tenge / liter (at the gates of the refinery). If you take into account the costs of operators to deliver diesel fuel, the average price of delivery to agricultural producers will be 204 tenge/liter, which is 31% lower than the price at the "gun" gas station (295 tenge/liter), "- said the minister.

As of June 5, 392.5 out of 419 thousand tons or 93.5% were shipped. By the end of the month it is planned to ship the last 10.37 thousand tons. The conditions for timely shipment of oil refineries are: the application, payment and submission of tank cars by the operators of agricultural transport.

"In order to prevent shortages of fuels and lubricants, oil producers and oil suppliers are obliged to supply volumes of oil products to stationary petrol stations annually during spring field work (from March 1 to May 31) and autumn field work (from July 1 to September 30)," said the head of the Ministry of Energy.
