Askarbek Dzhanybekov, Head of the Department of Agriculture, voiced the disappointing forecast at a Cabinet meeting. He proposed to introduce restrictions on exports and preferences for imports.
Head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov noted that it is necessary to develop a system of selling livestock in case of fodder shortage.
