Dairy kitchen "Hakim" in Semey city is known for a therapeutic product called "biolact". It is used as a supplementary food for children to strengthen immunity, but it can also relieve digestive problems of adults and serve as a natural medicine. For many years of work, the World Business Reputation Foundation, which includes foreign companies from Germany, the United States and Hong Kong, defined LLP "Hakim" as an enterprise with impeccable business reputation and awarded the award "For High Reputation 2022", reports World of NAN.

As the press-service of NCE Atameken notes, Biolact is a product made from whole cow's milk with the help of special acidophilus bacteria ferment, a useful and "friendly" to the body bacteria.

The Dairy Kitchen opened in 2002. There are only three such kitchens in Kazakhstan. The enterprise, which started with a flask a day, today has a production capacity of 600 liters a day.

"We provided all the little children of Semey with biolact. This is a very nutritious product, firstly, it can be used for complex treatment of the musculoskeletal system: children grow up with strong bones and whole teeth; secondly, it has a positive effect on digestion, intestinal function, because it contains bifidobacteria. For adults, it is useful to drink it after antibiotics to restore intestinal microflora.  Biolact strengthens the immune system, children become resistant to disease. It is a natural product and its benefits are all-round, the trace elements in its composition act on the entire body.  Its therapeutic properties have been studied since Soviet times and were proven by the Leningrad Institute," said Kazhymukan Toleuov, the owner of the dairy kitchen. By the way, the World Business Reputation Foundation awarded him the honorary title of "Top Manager 2022"!

The company produces biolact, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream and plain pasteurized 3/2% milk. Employees work according to Soviet standards, preferring glass bottles to plastic and paper bottles, and paying special attention to the quality of baby food.

"The uniqueness of the product is that we make it daily and sell it within 24 hours, because the product contains live bacteria that die and become useless after the expiration date. All these years we have been working with one proven farm "Balke". We receive milk in the morning, process the flasks, put it into pasteurization, do the tests, and sterilize it with steam up to 92 degrees, hold it for 15 minutes and pump it through a pipeline to the biolactic department. In the shop milk is cooled, we introduce the starter, put the date and brought into the thermo-chamber, where it is fermented for 6-8 hours, then we leave it in a refrigerating chamber at a temperature of 2-4 degrees. The next day, the product is sold or given away for free with a CBA prescription. We work every day without days off for the benefit of children and their health," shared the head of the dairy kitchen, Torgyn Zhakenova.
