A farmer from Pavlodar region had taken out a lease on agricultural machinery. He was paying the loan diligently, but after a while he was billed another million tenge. The farmer refused to pay and filed a lawsuit, World of NAN reports citing Obozrenie.kz.
Having decided to expand his business, farmer Altai Kadyrbek began using state programs. The entrepreneur took a loan several times, but the last one turned out to be a problem.
"I needed a tractor. I leased the equipment through Kazagrofinance. We had a signed contract, an acceptance certificate, I applied for a subsidy of 30 percent, which is returned by the state", says the farmer.
The tractor was delivered and the man is already using it. But some time after the contract was signed, the loan company remembered that VAT also had to be paid. It came out to a million and two hundred. As a result, the entrepreneur, who had initially calculated his risks, found himself in debt.
"I paid the loan on time according to the contract I signed. But they say that I am in arrears, and now I have a penalty," - says Altai Kadyrbek.
The businessman filed a lawsuit in court. He demanded from the financial organization to comply with the original agreement and to make corrections to his credit history - the dispute has blighted it. The case is pending in the economic court.
