NASEC gets rid of subsidiary organizations

The National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center has developed a draft roadmap and a new, optimized structure of the system, reports World of NAN with reference to the government.

In particular, in the south it is proposed to unite 4 disparate subsidiary organizations engaged in animal husbandry, crop production, cotton and melons cultivation into the scientific and production center "Ontustik". Of the previously transferred from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after Saken Seifullin returned back to NASEC subsidiary organizations: Scientific and Production Center Barayev, North-Kazakhstan Agricultural Experimental Station.

KazSRI of Forestry and Agroforestry named after A. Bukeykhanov was transferred back to NASEC Forestry Committee. Also, optimization of NASEC's structure involves the transfer of two subsidiaries to akimats with different ownership shares. In particular, in Aktobe region on the basis of the transferred regional experimental farm it is planned to create an institute of horse breeding.
