New plant for the utilization of agricultural machinery does not work

In 2021, former Prime Minister Askar Mamin inaugurated a plant for the utilization of agricultural machinery in Kostanai region. But as it turned out the plant, in which an investment of 5 billion tenge was made, does not function, reports the World of NAN.

Sanzhar Bokayev, a well-known political scientist, decided to check the plant's activity. He bought an old tractor and tried to dispose of it at the plant. But the plant turned out to be closed, and local guards say that it is completely sealed, there is no equipment there, and it does not function at all. Although the enterprise was inaugurated by the first persons of the state.

Sanzhar Bokayev did not give up and took the equipment to Karaganda, to the utilization plant RecyclingCompany, which has been functioning since 2017. But this enterprise is not working either.

"What are the people of Kazakhstan paying for? You can see that we have not been able to recycle either in Kostanai or in Karaganda. I wanted to show it for Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to see. I made such a tour especially for you Mr. President, spent money so that you would not say that you are not aware of the deception", - Sanzhar Bokayev appealed in his video.

Incidentally, he sold the tractor for black metal. A small experiment proves that there is no utilization of agricultural machinery in Kazakhstan. However, the state continues to collect money. And it is unclear where the money goes. According to Sanzhar Bokayev, these levies allow local producers to increase the cost of already expensive agricultural machinery.
