In connection with the current situation in the country due to drought and loss of livestock, the Farmers' Association of Kazakhstan and the ADAL party appealed personally to the Prime Minister of the country A. Mamin with a request to take decisive measures. In an official letter, the initiators made proposals aimed at addressing the consequences of the drought and the shortage of feed for livestock, reports World of NAN. These are deferral of loans, increased subsidizing of the construction of wells, procurement of fodder, providing assistance for the transportation of livestock in neighboring regions. The activists also pointed to the need to introduce a state of emergency and compensation for dead livestock.
