The first robotized milk plant will appear in Pavlodar

The construction of a new enterprise based on European technology in the Kovalevka village of Pavlodar region will begin this year, World of NAN reports referring to Pavlodarnews.

It will be the first fully robotized production in Kazakhstan, Kuanysh Baimagambetov, head of the BIK farm, announced to the regional Akim.

"The dairy farm for 500 heads is fully robotized, - said the head of the farm. - We work according to Dutch technology - robotized manure removal and feeding of animals".

This project includes not only a dairy farm, but also a dairy plant. Notably, steamed milk will be piped from the farm directly to the plant.

"Without human involvement or transportation, which degrades the quality of the milk. It will be an environmentally friendly production," said Kuanysh Baimagambetov.

55 people will work at the modern enterprise, in the midst of seasonal work about 20 more will be brought in. Up to 95% of employees are Uspennytsis. It is intended to invite livestock raisers and machine operators from the southern regions of the country.

The machine park of the enterprise consists of 14 harvesters, 13 tractors and nine seeders. Part of the equipment was leased. During the visit, it became known that, deputy head of the farm, accompanied the head of the region to the capital to defend this project.

"Those who are engaged in processing, we are ready to guide them in the development institutions, ministries, to help in terms of state support. Here we see year-round employment, a solid fodder base, a stable system of subsidies and new technologies. This is how it should be," said Regional Akim Abylkair Skakov.
