The Ministry of Industry rejected the petition on the utilization fee

The preliminary decision was announced by Adilbek Bektibayev, Director of the Department of Integration and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Construction, World of NAN reports.

‘Given that the arguments stated in the petition do not correspond to reality, the position of the authorized bodies is confirmed by members of the working group, and that during the public discussion of the draft decision were not provided other justifications and facts, it is proposed to reject the petition,’ he said.

Recall, the utilization fee on agricultural machinery was introduced in 2019. After which imported and domestic machinery has significantly increased in price. And the worst thing is that the Ministry of agriculture also supports the utilization fee.

‘Utilization levy on agricultural machinery has no effect on the increase in the price of agricultural products. In general, the analysis shows that there are no negative consequences for agricultural production with the introduction of the utilization fee,’ said Vice-Minister of Agriculture Azat Sultanov.

In general, it will not be possible to achieve legal cancellation of the utilization fee. With this decision, the state has made its position very clear.
