Problems of farmers on the "black list" will be raised in the government

Under the chairmanship of Almasbek Sadyrbayev, chairman of the National Agricultural Movement "Shopan Ata", a zoom-conference was organized to discuss topical issues of the "Gosagro.kz" platform. Recall that due to the malfunctioning of the portal farmers could not submit a report and were included in the list of debtors, ruining their credit histories. The initiators of the conference and representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture declared their intention to solve the debt issue at the governmental level, reports World of NAN.

The meeting was attended by deputies, representatives of the MA, financial institutions and farmers themselves. The participants were unanimous in one thing - haphazard operation of Qoldau portal results in delayed operation of Gosagro.kz website. Because of the failures in the platform, farmers got on the "black list".  This is what agrarians are particularly concerned about today.

Damir Yegizbayev, who was one of the first to speak at the online meeting, did not hide that there are problematic issues.

"This is a brand new portal. Of course, there can be failures. Apart from farmers and the Ministry of Agriculture, no one else needs the portal. We are ready to discuss the weaknesses of the portal, from our side we will look for solutions to these issues. "Let's create a portal that will work consistently together," said Damir Yegizbayev, press secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Responsible representatives of the Ministry, who participated in the meeting, answered questions of agrarians who gathered from different parts of the country. As a result, it was decided to prepare a list of urgent questions from farmers and send them to the Ministry of Agriculture. 

In turn, the Vice-Minister of Agriculture Baglan Bekbauov noted that from next Monday, each region will open offices to explain the work of the information system.

"Before the beginning of this year, the information system "Qoldau" was in operation. This system did not meet modern requirements. Now a new system has been created. The shortcomings are being identified. We will regulate them together," said the vice-minister.

The moderator of the online meeting, Almasbek Sadyrbayev, noted that on the part of the agribusiness there will be full support for this task. At the same time, he stressed that it is necessary to create a special working group, which will work on a positive solution of emerging issues.

"Kazakh farmers are interested in fair distribution of subsidies, positive solution of land issues and systematic work of "Gosagro.kz" portal, - stressed Almasbek Sadyrbayev.

In the near future a letter will be sent to the head of the government Alikhan Smailov on the issue of blacklisting Kazakh farmers who have become debtors with a negative credit history due to system failures.
