Prodkorporatsiya is a breeding ground for corruption

A number of heads of regional branches and subordinate organizations of JSC "Prodkorporatsiya" have been found guilty of corruption, reports World of NAN with reference to anticorruption agency.

Thus, according to the results of a set of special operational and investigative measures, the director of the Kostanai regional representative office of JSC "Prodkorporatsiya" was exposed.

He is suspected of receiving a bribe in the amount of 350 thousand tenge from the representative of LLP allegedly for a positive and unhindered solution of the issue of obtaining a commodity credit in the amount of 100 thousand tons of wheat.

At the same time, in Astana, the investigation against the director of the financial department and the chief manager of Prodkorporatsiya JSC has been completed.

The investigation found that they received a bribe in the amount of 800 thousand tenge from the head of a commercial organization for the issuance of commodity credit in the form of wheat.

At present, the suspects are in custody with the court's authorization. A pre-trial investigation is under way.
