Production of meat and milk will be established in the Karaganda region

15 projects in the agro-industrial complex are to be implemented in the Karaganda region next year, World of NAN reports with reference to LS.

As such, in the mining region, seven enterprises of the meat sector worth 2.7 billion tenge will operate. For example, it is planned to open two facilities for the production of poultry meat with a total cost of 300 million tenge. The total capacity of the enterprises will be 1.1 thousand tons per year. The construction of one of the poultry farms has already begun; design estimates are being developed for the second project.

It is also expected to create an integrated production of freshly chilled beef, the project cost 380 million tenge, the capacity of the plant will be 728 tons per year. Another production of meat products is estimated at 527.7 million tenge, more than 420 million tenge have already been invested in the project.

They want to open five dairy projects in the region. Thus, three dairy farms with a total cost of 3 billion tenge will be created in the region, with a total capacity of 6.1 thousand tons per year. A plant for the production of dry mare's milk for 3 billion tenge should also start working. The enterprise will produce 200 tons of products per year. The land for construction has already been allocated, the launch depends on funding.

In addition, there are plans to modernize the enterprise for the production of fat and oil products for 3.5 billion tenge, with a capacity of 60 thousand tons per year.
