Sugar, milk and meat production to be launched in Pavlodar region

There are plans to launch agro-industrial projects worth 237 billion tenge in Pavlodar region, reports World of NAN, referring to LS.

The region is expected to launch 52 facilities within five years, they are estimated at 237.3 billion tenge. This year, 25 projects in the agro-industrial complex for 23.49 billion tenge are planned. For example, six dairy farms will start operating. Total investment - 10.7 billion tenge, and the capacity - 20.5 tons per year. Poultry production will also be launched at a cost of 1.5 billion tenge, with a capacity of 8,000 tons per year.

Next year it is planned to launch 18 facilities for 40.9 billion tenge. Among them six dairy farms at 27.6 billion tenge, three fattening sites at 3.6 billion tenge. They are expected to produce 22 thousand tons of milk and 1.5 thousand tons of meat a year. In 2022 they are expected to launch food production worth 84 mln tenge, in particular, kumys and meat will be produced. Capacity of this project will be 13 thousand tons of products per year. Also starch production will be set up for 2.1 billion tenge.

In 2023 eight agro-industrial projects for 172,5 billion tenge may be launched. Thus, sugar plant will be built in the region for 134 billion tenge, capacity - 148 thousand tons of products per year. Three dairy farms will be built for 7.5 billion tenge, with a total capacity of 15 thousand tonnes a year. A 20.8 billion tenge project on processing of plant products is in the plans. It will produce 32.5 thousand tons of starch and 1.4 thousand tons of protein a year. And they will set up the production of refined sunflower oil for 2.6 billion tenge. In 2024 it is planned to launch a project in meat sector for 300 million tenge.
