The National Center of Expertise of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan revealed violations in dairy products from five Russian enterprises, World of NAN reports with reference to the Ministry of Trade.
There were 19 samples in dairy products from 13 different imported producers. Thus, the discrepancies in fatty acid composition were detected in dairy products produced by 5 enterprises (LLC "Yuzhny Molochny Zavod", LLC "Saratovsky Molochny Kombinat", LLC "A-7 Agro-Orenburg Molochny Kombinat", LLC "Engelsky Molochny Kombinat" and RF JSC "VBD").
In the framework of enhanced laboratory control at the border non-compliance of fatty acid composition was repeatedly detected in ultrapasteurized milk 3.2% fat content "Dobraya Burenka" produced by LLC "Saratov Dairy Plant" (Russian Federation). Importation of products of this enterprise in the territory of Kazakhstan is temporarily restricted.
The Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan informed the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Russian Federation about cases of non-compliance.
In addition, based on the results of sanitary and epidemiological expertise, the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan canceled 42 declarations of conformity for dairy products. The reasons for revocation - non-compliance with the requirements of technical regulations on fatty acid composition, as well as registration of declarations of conformity with violation of procedures in terms of conducting tests in non-accredited testing laboratories or not included in the unified register of the EAEU.
