Russia to introduce grain export quotas

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a decree with quotas on grain exports from Russia outside the Eurasian Economic Union, reports World of NAN.

The restrictions will be set from February 15 to June 30, 2024. The quota for wheat, barley, corn and rye will be 24 million tons.

No export quota will be set for durum wheat during the same period. The export of these products is temporarily prohibited until the end of May 2024.
