It will be easier for farmers to get loans under the program "Auyl Amanaty"

The Ministry of Agriculture together with ACEP in Agribusiness LLP has developed an information system for microcrediting under the Auyl Amanaty program, World of NAN reports.

According to Vice-Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Taszhurekov, the system will allow to submit an electronic application for a loan, which increases accessibility to the program for villagers.

Currently, this system has already been launched in Zhambyl region. Also in the near future it is planned to launch in Aktobe and Almaty regions. Within the framework of realization of "Auyl Amanaty" special attention is paid to the development of agricultural cooperation.

299 cooperatives were financed for the amount of 6.2 billion tenge.

To stimulate the creation of cooperatives, the program provides crediting of cooperatives with increased maximum amount of crediting up to 8 thousand MRP, 29.5 million tenge. In addition, to stimulate cooperation, priority and increased norms are provided for investment subsidies, where the cost of certain types of agricultural machinery and equipment for agricultural cooperatives is increased to 35-50% at the expense of the local budget.

"The Tax Code provides for a special tax regime for agricultural cooperatives, providing for a 70% benefit on five types of taxes. As part of the development of agricultural cooperation, regional akimats can use the potential of cooperation in the formation of regional stabilization funds, creating conditions for the allocation of space for cooperatives in markets, fairs, attracting large anchor enterprises of the region to work with cooperatives," - concluded Yerbol Taszhurekov.
