Gluten produced in Kazakhstan is imported by Turkey, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Italy and the Netherlands. This year, the export geography of this natural ingredient, which is produced by BioOperations LLP, has expanded to another country, World of NAN reports with reference to Atameken.
"In February, our origin certification specialists issued an export certificate for exporting 45 tons of wheat gluten to Brazil. Since last year, the company has been exporting to Great Britain the bioethanol it produces, a biofuel obtained through deep processing of plant raw materials. This product is widely used in Europe as part of motor fuel", - says Timur Bekeyev, Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of North Kazakhstan region.
To recall, the company "BioOperations" is a high-tech enterprise, which is engaged in deep processing of grain. The plant is located in Taiynsha, North Kazakhstan region and produces bioethanol, wheat gluten - gluten, starch, flour and animal feed.
"We sell our products both in Kazakhstan and abroad. Among the exporting countries - Uzbekistan, where we send bran, in Afghanistan we sell flour, in England - bioethanol, wheat gluten and starch we export to India, USA, Colombia, Turkey, the Russian Federation, Italy, the Netherlands. We produce about 40 tons of wheat gluten per day. This is a product of deep processing of grain, which is necessary to improve the quality of flour in the baking industry, it is also widely used as a protein enrichment of feed for farm animals," - says the head of sales department of the company Amangeldy Kazinov.
