Sklyar sees only advantages in the utilisation fee

Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar said that the utilisation fee and other payments form the tariff policy of Kazakhstan, which allows creating favourable conditions for attracting new investors, World of NAN reports with reference to the government.

According to him, the country is developing large-unit and small-unit assembly of automobiles and agricultural machinery, and increasing volumes.

“After the introduction of utilisation fee on agricultural machinery, after 1.5 years, a well-known German brand came into the country by building a plant in SKR. This company would never have come to us to carry out production, but we made some amendments to achieve localisation and made changes to the legislation”, Roman Sklyar emphasized.

The official did not explain why this is being done at the expense of the money of ordinary Kazakhstanis. However, with each new such statement from officials, it becomes scary for the future of our homeland.
