For example, in Sarkanskiy district cereal crop varieties of KIZ selection are being tested now. There are varieties of distant foreign countries - forage and brewing direction. Among them is a French variety of barley - "Planet". There are domestic holo grain oats, which are more suitable for food purposes. And indeed it shows to be lower in yield, but in terms of food quality it is much higher and is used in the production of healthy food, - said the chairman of the State Commission for Testing Agricultural Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture Talgat Azhgaliyev.
According to research, winter wheat varieties "Besagash" and "Dimash" and Ukrainian variety "Snegurka" have higher gluten and vitreousness, which are key qualities in milling, and the yields of this species on the rainfed area shows 50 cwt/ha.
