Oilseeds harvesting has started in Kazakhstan

The harvesting of grain crops has been completed in the NKR, WKR, Akmola and Zhambyl regions, while the rest of the grain-growing regions are at the stage of completion. Oilseeds, cotton and fruit crops have matured and some regions have already begun to harvest, reports World of NAN referring to "Kazhydromet".

According to experts, the state of heat-loving crops such as corn, rice, sugar beet, soybeans and cotton is good. In the vicinity of Shelek station of Almaty region and Shymkent station of Turkestan region corn harvesting has started. At the observed rice plots in the vicinity of Ushtobe station of Almaty region harvesting started at the end of the ten-day period. In the vicinity of agricultural post Sarykemir, Baizak district, and Assa station, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region, the phase of "closing of inter-row" - "yellowing of leaves" was observed on beet crops. On beet crops in the vicinity of agropost Kyzyltu and Taldykorgan station of Almaty region the phase of "yellowing of leaves" is noted.

In East Kazakhstan region, the phase "ripening" - "harvesting ripeness" is observed in the observed sunflower plots, the condition of plants everywhere is excellent and good. In the vicinity of agropost Berezovka Glubokovsky district, stations Zyryanovsk Altai district and Samarka Kokpectinsky district began harvesting sunflower.

In the observed area around the stations Chkalovo North Kazakhstan region oilseed flax condition is good. The development phase is "full yellow ripeness". In the vicinity of Saumalkol station of Ayirtau region harvesting was started.

In the observed areas around Zhalanash and Narynkol stations of Almaty region potato harvesting began at the end of the ten-day period.

In Turkestan region at the monitored plots in cotton, the phase: "ripening of the first boll", the condition of cotton is excellent and good.

In orchards with fruit crops (apple, pear) in the south and south-east of the country, mainly the phase of development "fruit ripening" - "beginning of maturing" is noted, in raspberry - "flowering of leaves", harvesting of apple continues, condition of crops is excellent and good.

In the southern regions of the country the phase "regrowth after the 2nd and 3rd mowing" is observed everywhere on the crops of perennial grasses (alfalfa, clover). At the observed sites in Almaty region, the condition of alfalfa everywhere is good and satisfactory, the height of grass after cutting is from 7 to 26 cm. In Zhambyl region, the condition of alfalfa grasses in the observed areas is generally satisfactory. On the observed plots in Pavlodar region the state of grasses of wheat grass is mostly good, regrowth after the 1st mowing continues.
