24 000 hectares of agricultural land were illegally issued in the Pavlodar region

According to the act of supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Akkuli district of Pavlodar region, pastures worth 5 billion tenge have been returned to the people, World of NAN reports with reference to the Prosecutor's Office.

The analysis of compliance with the land legislation revealed 36 thousand hectares of unused agricultural land or used in violation of the law. In some cases, arable land has been idle for years, and no livestock is registered for pasture users.

About 24,000 hectares of residential lands were illegally transferred to the use of economic entities.

According to the act of the Prosecutor's Office, over 4 thousand hectares of pastures with a cadastral value of 5 billion tenge were returned to the people to reduce the deficit for less than a month. Ten land users have started to use the land for their intended purpose.

The head of the territorial department of land relations was disciplined for inaction.
