NKR purchased new harvesters for college students

Five agricultural colleges in NKR purchased modern harvesters for students' practice, World of NAN reports citing the press service of the region's Akim.

Akim of the region Kumar Aksakalov shared the good news on his page in social networks.

According to the head of the region, the region invested 92 billion tenge into agriculture. Agrarians bought 1.8 thousand units of agricultural machinery for 51 billion tg. The equipment is modern, as such we need qualified personnel. For this purpose, modern conditions are created in educational institutions. This year 1,4 billion tenge was allocated to renew 5 rural colleges, where they train specialists in agricultural industry. Five colleges purchased modern combines and tractors.

"For example, at the Higher Agricultural College named after Kizatov, students will now practice on a new John Deere combine and tractor. They replaced the old 1992 Yenisei harvesters. A modular slaughter house, wireless WI-FI weather station, and a mini dairy plant will also be installed", - stated the Akim of the region.

In general, for 2 years, 9 colleges were equipped with modern equipment for 2.6 billion tenge. This is half of all state colleges in the region.
