Zhetysay inventor produces parts for combines from plastic bottles

Quarantine during the pandemic had a negative impact on business development. However, it was during this time that many enterprising people discovered new abilities and implemented interesting projects. Thus, a resident of Zhetysay district of Turkestan region began producing parts for combines from plastic waste, World of NAN reports, citing the press service of the regional Akim.

While under quarantine, Kozybai Mozaikov, a resident of the Zhyly su rural district of Zhetysay region, discovered his inventive abilities. The new hobby has now turned into a small business. The rural agronomist, together with his son Altai, is now producing a spindle brush and string required for cotton processing harvesters from plastic waste - liberated plastic bottles.

As it turned out, earlier, combine harvester drivers used to bring this brush to order from neighboring Uzbekistan, and the quality parts produced by the local craftsman became a godsend for them, and they are happy with the cost. Each piece of Uzbek brush, which needs 96 pieces for one combine, costs 4 thousand tenge in the market, and the price of two seasonal products from the hands of Kozybai Abdrashimula only 2 thousand tenge. Thus, the local agronomist develops family business.

In the near future, the man intends to get a loan with state support.

"As a result of the systematic policy of our state, support for entrepreneurs in the issuance of loans increases every year. We also plan to participate in these programs, receive loans at preferential interest rates, and in the future expand our business and increase the volume of production," says Kozybai Mozaikov.

Today innovators produce up to 25 spindles a day and supply about 40 harvesters. The demand increases every day.

It is worth noting that the family of the inventor is not only engaged in the production of spindle brushes, but also the cultivation of greenhouses, horticulture. Today about 60% of the whole village is provided with vegetables all year round.
